We are looking for an experienced solution architect who wants to take a key role in larger development projects and procurements within the data and analytics area in a complex organization in the public sector. The role is central to creating coherence in requirements, design, architecture, and IT strategy, focusing on maximizing business benefits and minimizing delivery risks. Experience with healthcare applications in a regional environment is particularly valuable.

• Drive and coordinate architectural work in teams within data and analytics.
• Participate in workshops for process and information mapping together with the business.
• Conduct information classification and risk analyses.
• Model and consolidate architecture diagrams and analyze solution alternatives in the area.
• Work with IT requirements management and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with domain architects and enterprise architects.
• Cooperate with integration and infrastructure to ensure a feasible and robust overall solution.

• At least 10 years of experience as an IT architect with documented experience in modeling.
• Relevant university or college degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent.
• Solid experience in architectural work in roles such as IT architect, solution architect, and/or system architect.
• Documented experience in architectural roles.
• Experience and good understanding of information and data architecture.
• Very good experience in requirements capture/requirements dialogue and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with agile methods and iterative deliveries.
• Experience applying methods/frameworks (e.g., SAFe, TOGAF) and architectural tools.
• Ability to handle customer and client dialogue professionally.
• Clear leadership and good communication skills in a complex environment.
• Enjoy working in a driving role and can work independently.
• Very good ability to document and present in Swedish.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• TOGAF certification.
• SAFe certification.
• Experience from public sector operations and knowledge of regional organization.
• Experience in projects within the healthcare sector.
