About the Job

Intraservice delivers services and digital infrastructure that help employees and managers in the City of Gothenburg work smart and efficiently.

In this way, we contribute to the city providing good service to the residents of Gothenburg. Intraservice plays a central role in the city's digitalization and automation, and our ambition is to be the obvious partner for the city's administrations and companies.

We are now looking for someone who wants to contribute to the work of further developing and managing the digital hub that is Gothenburg City's intranet, used by over 60,000 employees. You will be part of a management team of about 11 people, of which two are communication strategists. The intranet is relatively new and continues to develop continuously.

Your task will be to work as a tester in SharePoint together with your colleagues in the development team. You will conduct regular testing of both existing and new functionality in the Digital Hub.

Your role will also include:

• Following Microsoft's releases and assessing how changes affect our environments
• Documenting and reporting bugs, deviations, and test results
• Participating in user tests to create an understanding of how the intranet is used and providing feedback on areas for improvement to the team

About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Experience in testing functionality in SharePoint or similar environments
• Experience working closely with development teams
• Familiarity with agile work, such as in DevOps and with sprint-based working methods
• Experience documenting and reporting bugs, test results, and deviations

Meritorious

• Experience in accessibility testing
• Experience working in public administration
• Experience testing intranets or larger web platforms

Furthermore, you are meticulous, structured, and analytical. You have a good ability to plan and follow up on your work, as well as to see connections and detect deviations in complex environments. You are also collaborative and enjoy working together with others in a team to achieve common goals.
