You will be part of a specialist team working with EMC and radio testing of products for both consumer and industrial use. The work takes place in a laboratory environment and includes testing against commonly used standards related to CE marking as well as requirements for the North American market. You will primarily work in the EMC/Radio lab and in larger laboratory environments related to automotive testing. The business also drives improvement initiatives, such as automated testing and functional monitoring supported by AI.

The assignment may involve tasks related to Sweden's security, which may require security clearance and confidentiality commitments.

• Plan and conduct EMC and radio testing of products prior to certification.
• Work according to relevant standards for CE marking and the North American market.
• Use and manage various measuring instruments in the laboratory environment to conduct and document tests.
• Contribute to technical analysis, development, and improvement work related to the testing operations.
• Participate in improvement initiatives, such as test automation and functional monitoring.

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Focus on or documented knowledge in communication systems, electrification, or electromobility.
• Experience in technical analysis, development, or improvement work (e.g., thesis work, project work, or work with technical systems).
• Programming skills in at least one technically relevant language, such as Python, C, or C#.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Swedish B driver's license.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Practical experience in testing, verification, troubleshooting, or analysis of technical systems.
• Experience working in project form, preferably in roles with responsibility.
• Documented ability to work structured, problem-solving, and independently.
