ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is an IT company that takes full responsibility for their customers' IT functions, infrastructure, and security. This includes support, operations, and maintenance of both data communication, mission-critical systems, and digital protection against intrusions and viruses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be out with customers and responsible for solving technical problems and optimizing their IT solutions. Responsibilities vary from troubleshooting and streamlining within Office 365, servers, and networks to providing ongoing support and advice.

You need to be self-sufficient and able to handle various technical challenges on-site with the customer. If you enjoy providing service, finding solutions, and working in a varied work environment, then this is the role for you. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with support cases, including troubleshooting and resolution
• Managing on- and off-boarding regarding IT tools, access to systems, etc. with customers
• Participating in assignments and projects aimed at improving IT infrastructure/security
• Participating in assignments and projects aimed at taking over a customer from a competitor, including migrating applications to the company's operational environment
• Strong focus on IT security both strategically and operationally

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has at least 2-3 years of experience working with technical support in a role as an onsite technician, 2nd line, or 3rd line
• Experience as a Global Admin in Microsoft 365 and very good knowledge regarding configuration and troubleshooting of security, conditional access, and Exchange
• Has experience and good knowledge regarding network issues, switches, Wi-Fi, and firewalls
• Has experience and good knowledge within Windows servers and Active Directory
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience working in a TAM role (Technical Account Manager) or similar
• Experience in configuring and installing third-party applications (e.g., Visma, Hogia, Monitor) on servers, including remote access/RemoteApp solutions
