About the Role

As a system administrator with us, you will be a central part of our digitalization journey. You will work with several of our most significant systems – including Lime CRM/Case, Avy housing platform, and our operational support for inspections and work orders. You will also actively contribute to the development of our system capabilities, our integration platform, and our management of master data. With your technical interest and understanding of business, you will ensure that the systems function and evolve with the goal of creating real value for our users and tenants.

With us, you will:

• Drive improvements and ensure stable management of our systems.
• Test, evaluate, and approve new releases and versions.
• Handle incidents and quickly identify effective solutions.
• Ensure that documentation, routines, and processes are current and clear.
• Contribute to the development of our system capabilities and business-related processes.
• Actively work with quality, structure, and ownership of master data.
• Be part of the development of our integration platform and secure smart data flows between systems.
• Participate in planning and prioritizing our management and development activities.

You will also play an important role in larger strategic projects, such as the implementation of a new property system, development of digital tools, and establishment of modern integration solutions. You will be part of our IT unit within the Administrative Development department at our headquarters in Gamlestaden. You will report to the IT manager.

Qualifications

You have education as outlined below, or equivalent experience in:

• Post-secondary education in IT, informatics, or similar
• Experience in system administration or technical project management
• Experience in digitalization projects or improvement initiatives

We believe that you may either be at the beginning of your career and want to develop – or have longer experience and are ready to take the next step in a role with significant responsibility and many development opportunities. Good Swedish in speech and writing is a prerequisite both internally and in collaboration with suppliers.
