About the Role

As a Senior App Developer at Abilia, you will work closely with a cross-functional team and help shape the future of social and cognitive support technology. In this role, you will develop and improve Komp's mobile app to ensure a seamless user experience, maintain high performance, and contribute to an architecture that enables continuous innovation.

The team works agile and describes themselves as “easy going.” You will have many points of contact, including our other offices in Stockholm and Oslo.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop new features for Komp's mobile app with a focus on user experience, performance, and stability.
• Improve code architecture.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product owners to create the best possible experience for users and customers.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute insights and expertise.
• Identify and resolve bugs and other technical issues.
• Take ownership of projects, from planning to implementation.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members on best practices for app development.

Who Are You?

You are an experienced and driven app developer in React Native who wants to help create a meaningful product. You have several years of practical experience in developing and launching mobile apps, with solid expertise in React Native for both iOS and Android. We also appreciate experience in Frontend development within React, and it is a bonus if you are proficient in app development in Dart/Flutter.

As a person, you are communicative and good at explaining technical concepts clearly. Of course, you are self-driven, and we hope that, like us, you are an unpretentious person. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English (English is our working language).
