Your Role

We work with the development and configuration of runtime platforms that fit the system design for the entire system.

You will be part of a cross-functional team working according to the Scrum methodology. The team consists of members with different areas of expertise who share a common responsibility for a specific area. In the role of Release Manager, you will have an overall overview of our products and ensure that they are managed correctly, including traceability, classifications, documentation, and internal guidelines. You will drive the work with our deliveries and ensure that they are planned, executed, and followed up in a structured and efficient manner.

An important part of the position is to ensure that the team works according to established processes, that updates are made as needed, and that relevant information is disseminated to team members. Additionally, you will support product owners in planning schedules, deadlines, and dependencies related to both products and deliveries to ensure a smooth and coordinated flow in the development work.

Your Profile

We are looking for a person with a strong interest in creating structure and order, especially regarding our products. You are positive, driven, and enjoy working together with others in a team. Good communication skills are desirable, as you will collaborate and communicate with other teams and organizations to obtain relevant information. You are curious and have the ability to see the big picture while being able to dive into details when necessary. Technology and software development spark your interest, and in this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are handled in a structured and organized manner.

We value knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• Configuration Management
• Experience in leadership or coordination roles
• Experience in testing
• Experience in DevOps
• Experience in design or product development

Furthermore, you are accustomed to collaborating and working with many different people. You enjoy technology, software development, and having control over deliveries.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
