Professional Galaxy is looking for an Experienced Solution Architect - Data and Analytics - Level 4 on behalf of our client.
Background: The corporate digitalization unit needs to call upon an experienced solution architect who can participate in larger development projects and procurements within the data and analytics department. The architect is a central and cohesive part for requirements specification, design, architecture, and strategy for the IT part of the projects. Previous work with healthcare applications within VGR is a significant advantage when applying for the position.
Assignment Description: The solution architect masters fundamental knowledge in architecture and has been a practicing architect within the delivery organization.
The primary role of the solution architect is to optimize the value of a solution for the organization through delivery and reduce ownership risk in the delivery while ensuring that the solution meets requirements and regulations affecting the system.
The solution architect works in a team with other architects, the business, and IT staff within VGR to ensure that the solution is delivered according to the regional business strategy. - Drive architectural work in a team within Data and Analytics at VGR - Participate in workshops on process and information mapping together with the business - Information classification and risk analysis - Model architecture diagrams with consolidation and analysis in the area - IT requirements management - Collaboration with the business domain architect and enterprise architect. - Collaborate with integration and infrastructure.
Delivering: - Senior architect with at least 10 years of experience as an IT architect and modeling. - The consultant is expected to be engaged, driven, and curious and seek the information needed to move forward in the work. The consultant should be unpretentious and able to listen to multiple parties but also share their experience and ideas. VGR values a high service spirit and a professional approach. The consultant is a skilled communicator who enjoys working in a changing and complex organization. - It is important to have a strong focus on the business. - Good IT skills and experience working in various IT environments and systems. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - Good organizational skills and a structured working method.
Mandatory Requirements: (Must be met) - Senior architect with at least 10 years of experience as an IT architect and modeling. - Relevant education from a university or college in IT, computer science, or equivalent. - Solid experience in architectural work in roles such as IT architect, solution architect, and/or system architect. - Documented experience in the architect role. - Experience and good understanding of information and data architecture. - Very good experience in requirements capture/requirements dialogue and the ability to translate user and customer requirements into technical solutions. - Experience working with agile methods and iterative deliveries. - Experience and ability to apply methods and frameworks (SAFe, TOGAF, etc.) and architecture tools. - Experience from similar assignments. - Ability to handle client dialogue and ordering dialogue professionally. - Ability to demonstrate clear leadership and good communication skills in a complex environment. - Enjoy working in a driving role and being able to act independently. - Very good ability to document and present in Swedish. - References (References mean people with contact information or examples of completed assignments/work.) - Swedish citizenship to be security classified if necessary.
Desirable Requirements (Should be met): - TOGAF certified. - SAFe certified. - Worked with public sector and knowledge of VGR's organization. - Experience in projects within the healthcare sector.
