IT Support Technician at Erisma

About the Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will be one of Erisma's most important contact points with customers. You will assist users who are using Mobigo in the field – everything from troubleshooting technical issues to guiding them through new features and updates.
You will receive cases via phone and email, register them in the ticketing system, and ensure that the customer receives quick and professional assistance. Once you have grown into the role, you will also tackle more advanced technical challenges.
In short: you will be the link between users, support, and technology – where your service mindset and technical interest meet.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Several years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, and networking
- A post-secondary education in IT – preferably from a vocational school
- The ability to talk tech in a way that non-techies can understand
You are a social problem solver with an eye for detail and a genuine interest in technology. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks, thrive on customer contact, and feel particularly satisfied when you solve something that no one else could.
