About the Position

We are now looking for an experienced project manager for an exciting and business-critical assignment with one of QRIOS Life Sciences partners in the pharmaceutical industry in Stockholm. This is the initial consulting assignment for you joining QRIOS, starting ASAP, with an estimated duration of 9–12 months.

As a consultant at QRIOS, you will have the opportunity to step into an ongoing and strategically important context where you will take responsibility for a larger project, a development project for a clinical phase drug candidate, as well as a smaller project within method transfer. The assignment offers both operational responsibility and a clear mandate to drive activities and ensure progress.

QRIOS Life Science operates throughout the Mälardalen region (from Södertälje to Uppsala), Gothenburg, and Skåne. In this assignment, work will be based in southern Stockholm with a hybrid setup, where presence on site is an advantage. We always consider where you as a consultant want to work, and our assignments are usually geographically concentrated – there is no expectation of commuting across Sweden.

This assignment is part of your long-term journey as a consultant at QRIOS, where there are good opportunities for more assignments and continued development moving forward.

Your Main Responsibilities

Lead and drive an ongoing tech transfer project for commercial pharmaceuticals
Be responsible for a development/CTM project related to clinical phase 2
Ensure structure, planning, and follow-up of project activities
Coordinate internal functions and external partners
Identify risks, drive actions, and ensure deliveries according to the timeline
Be a cohesive force for project progress and communication

Who Are You?

You are a confident and experienced project manager who thrives in complex environments where structure, responsibility, and collaboration are crucial. You have the ability to quickly immerse yourself in ongoing projects and build trust with both teams and stakeholders.

At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical industry or CMO operations
Experience with tech transfer projects and/or clinical development projects
Good understanding of drug development and manufacturing
Ability to drive projects forward rather than performing line work yourself
Communicative, solution-oriented, and used to taking overall responsibility
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

If you have a strong background in tech transfer and less experience in clinical trials – or vice versa – this could still be the right assignment for you.
