About the role

As a Preparer, you play a central role in ensuring efficient and quality-assured production. You work closely with the production team, technology development, and purchasing to plan and optimize manufacturing processes, develop manufacturing documentation, and improve workflows. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and communicative. You have a good understanding of the manufacturing industry and are accustomed to reading technical drawings and working with system support.

As a Preparer, you are responsible for:

• Preparing manufacturing orders and creating clear production documentation
• Optimizing and standardizing process flows
• Participating in improvement work according to Lean principles (e.g., 5S)
• Collaborating with production, design, and purchasing
• Ensuring that the right resources are used in production
• Supporting the introduction of new products and processes
• Working in the ERP system Monitor for planning and material management

Qualifications:

• Higher vocational education in electronics, production technology, or equivalent
• Experience in preparation and/or production technology
• Knowledge of reading drawings and CAD (Cadett Elsa, AutoCAD)
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Monitor G5
• Experience in LEAN, quality technology, automation/robotics is an advantage
