We are looking for a communicative local manager to join our administration.
The position belongs to the unit for economy and internal services, which together with HR, urban environment and urban development, as well as quality and committee processes, forms the department for operational support and urban environment. Here, many of our internal governance and support functions come together to strengthen support for our operations within preschool, leisure, individual and family support, elderly care, support and services for people with disabilities, and culture.

Your role
As a local manager with us, you will be responsible, together with another manager, for managing and developing the administration's premises. You will provide knowledge, support, and service to our administrative departments and operations on issues ranging from ongoing maintenance, renovations, and reconstructions to urgent situations that may arise. By working with strategic planning, you contribute to creating suitable premises that meet the various needs of the operations. You will work proactively and suggest improvements and developments of our premises. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues within the unit, but also with other operations in the administration, where your expertise, your good attitude, and your drive to understand others' challenges give you a sensitive solution focus. Outside your own administration, you will collaborate with other administrations and municipal companies and participate in city-wide networks.
Your range of tasks is broad, but you will primarily work on:
- supporting operations in local issues
- developing and creating maintenance plans
- follow-up and feedback
- developing and creating routines
- negotiating, writing, and following up agreements
- writing service statements
- local planning and writing local supply plans
Your skills and experience
We are looking for you who have:
- a university degree in, for example, building technology or property management, or other education that, together with your work experience, provides a background that the employer assesses as equivalent
- current experience of working with issues related to local supply and local planning
- good ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in spoken and written Swedish
- good attitude and very good ability to collaborate with others
- experience of independently and successfully structuring and driving your work forward
It is meritorious if you have:
- experience of working with local issues in the public sector
- experience of working with lease negotiations
