We are now looking for a test developer for a development department responsible for production testing of hardware in areas such as radar, communication, and cybersecurity. As a test developer, you will work on developing and maintaining test solutions for both production and maintenance testing. You will develop automated tests for electronic boards in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and LabView. The role is varied and combines hardware-related work with software development. You will collaborate closely with electronics and production departments and be involved early in development projects to ensure testability and quality.

• Develop and improve automated test solutions for circuit boards
• Create test fixtures and hardware support for testing
• Program test sequences in C/C++, Java, and LabView
• Develop Boundary Scan tests
• Maintain existing test systems and troubleshoot as needed
• Support designers with test-friendly design and contribute to technical discussions regarding test strategy

• A post-secondary education in electronics
• 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience in programming in one of the languages C, C++, Java, or LabView
• Good understanding of electronics at the circuit board level and familiarity with reading circuit diagrams from your education
• The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technically with both developers and production
