Logistics Coordinator at AVISEQ in Arlanda

Do you enjoy working both administratively and practically, with variety and a lot of responsibility? Would you like to work in an interesting environment within aviation and critical communication? We are now looking for a logistics coordinator for an exciting and varied role in logistics, warehousing, and facility management at Arlanda.

About the position

In the role of logistics coordinator, you will primarily work broadly with goods and material processes related to the IT systems we use, as well as with warehouse management. You will work closely with our technicians and project managers, providing support to AVISEQ's various departments. The tasks are varied and include both practical and administrative duties. Therefore, you need to be able to assist with both advanced and simpler tasks.

Your tasks will include:

  • Goods and warehouse management
  • Inventory management and planning the order of products together with project managers/technicians
  • Spare parts management and documentation
  • Handling of complaints
  • Preparation of customs documentation for shipments outside the EU
  • Purchasing of consumables
  • Chemical and waste management
  • Assisting AVISEQ and its various departments with property maintenance and related activities
  • Assisting with certain activities related to vehicle management

Who are you?

We place great importance on personal qualities to succeed in the role. As a logistics coordinator, you are an organized and structured person. You are responsible with a strong drive and possess good administrative skills. You have good communication skills in both speech and writing. You are flexible and enjoy having a varied job with a lot of responsibility. We prefer that you have previous experience in logistics work. The role requires you to have a B driver's license for manual transmission.
