OneCo is now looking for an engaged and structured project manager for the Power Technology business area, who has experience in projects involving the construction of substations and high-voltage facilities. You will be offered a challenging and stimulating position where you have the opportunity to work on projects for the expansion of the Swedish electricity grid.

Responsibilities

In the role of project manager, you are responsible for successfully driving the project in close collaboration with our customers.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Having operational responsibility for the progress of the project.
• In collaboration with the leading installer, plan and execute the project.
• Be responsible for project economics and establish and follow up on schedules and budgets.
• Communicate and report project status internally and to relevant stakeholders.
• Work proactively with calculations and risk management in the project.

As our projects are located all over Sweden, we see that you are flexible and able to travel as needed. A driver's license (B) is required.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

To succeed in the role of project manager, we see that you have post-secondary relevant education or 2–3 years of work experience in project management in the field. You have experience in planning, leading, managing projects, and following up on results. You are accustomed to coordinating various assignments and tasks involved in a project and monitoring how the project is progressing to quickly implement measures if something goes wrong. You also need to have experience from contracts for medium or high voltage and good knowledge of contract law.

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and have the ability to independently plan, prioritize, and execute your work. Taking initiative and being proactive comes naturally to you, as does finding solutions to questions and problems that may arise. You find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships with both internal and external parties.

Working hours/Duration: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
