HVAC Technician Wanted in Stockholm

About the Position

As an HVAC technician with us, you will have a varied and stimulating job with a lot of responsibility. You will work both practically and problem-solving throughout the Stockholm area, with tasks such as:

• Maintenance, repairs, and installation work
• Assisting tenants with orders and troubleshooting
• Preventive supervision and maintenance to ensure safe and sustainable operations

We work closely with our customers and strive to continuously develop property maintenance. With us, you will have the opportunity to grow in your role - we continuously invest in skills development and training for our staff.

About You

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, self-sufficient, and enjoys meeting people in your daily life. You thrive on taking responsibility, working at a fast pace, are meticulous, and like to see the big picture when you work. Collaboration with colleagues from different areas of expertise is a natural part of the role. You are open, communicative, and eager to share your knowledge.

To Succeed in the Role, You Need

• A vocational college degree of at least 1.5 years equivalent to 300 YH points or equivalent 400 YH points with a focus on technology or property management.
• 3 years of work experience in the HVAC field.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Very good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally.
• Driving license B
