Reinvestment Planner AC Stations

As a Reinvestment Planner for AC stations, you have one of Sweden's most important jobs. Do you want to be part of a dynamic workplace where you, together with competent colleagues, truly make a difference for a sustainable and bright Sweden? Then this could be the job for you.

About the Position

As a Reinvestment Planner, you play a central role in building a future-proof, robust, and sustainable transmission network. You coordinate and drive the operational planning work for reinvestments in our AC stations – a mission that is crucial for strengthening electricity supply in Sweden.

Based on Svenska kraftnät's management strategy, you plan the reinvestment needs in our facilities and ensure that projects can start on time, with the right scope and well-prepared documentation. You also follow up on ongoing projects to ensure they can deliver according to the client's requirements and expectations.

A large part of the role involves making visible, prioritizing, and planning the reinvestments that need to be initiated in both the near term and the coming years. You work closely with both technical, operational, and project organizations and have a broad contact area where you contribute with a holistic perspective in planning.

The role also includes participating in strategic development issues and in the unit's operational development. Here you also get a unique opportunity to be part of Svenska kraftnät's journey to further develop our asset management as well as the strategies and methods that underpin it – work with significant impact on both the organization's sustainability and Sweden's energy system.

In the Reinvestment & Ordering unit, we work both short and long term with reinvestments in the Swedish transmission network. The main areas for the reinvestments made by the unit are lines, AC stations, and HVDC & FACTS. Furthermore, the unit has a function as an orderer of management measures. We work cross-functionally with many contact points across the section, department, and division. Currently, the unit consists of 8 employees.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.
