We are now looking for a Production Engineer for a high-tech company. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing on the preparation and optimization of production flows in electronics and circuit board production. As a Production Engineer, you will be a key person in the interface between design and manufacturing. You will work closely with production, responsible for preparation, structure, and optimization of production flows in circuit board and electronics production. The focus is on ensuring stable, efficient, and quality-assured processes for series production in a technically advanced and regulated environment.

You will primarily work in the MES system Factory Logics, where you create, maintain, and further develop operation lists, production structures, and work orders. The role requires you to independently analyze production setups, identify improvement potential, and drive optimizations together with production, engineering, and other support functions.

This position is suitable for you who have a few years of experience in production or manufacturing industry and who want to take on greater technical responsibility, work more long-term with process development, and contribute to a robust and future-proof production in a socially important business.

• Preparation of products within circuit board and electronics production
• Create and maintain operation lists in the MES system Factory Logics
• Optimize work orders and flows in production
• Manage and develop manufacturing processes for mass-produced items
• Work on the development of methods and machines within the production area
• Participate in the construction and reconstruction of production lines
• Inventory, update, and improve equipment within the area of responsibility
• Conduct preventive work environment efforts related to machines, equipment, and design
• Develop new knowledge within the processes and train employees as needed

• Have a bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
• Have a few years of previous work experience in production technology, electronics production, or manufacturing industry
• Have a good understanding of production flows, preparation, and industrial processes

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in circuit board production (Circuit Board Assembly)

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
