We are a cheerful team with a strong work ethic currently looking for a new colleague. The recruitment is for both summer and on-call positions.

Training will start with good foresight.

With us, you will work at home with an autistic boy. The shifts vary between day/evening/awake night and weekends. During all days and evenings, we have double staffing, which means you will have strong support from experienced colleagues during your shifts. In addition, you will receive follow-up conversations and guidance from a supervisor.

The most important thing is not what you have done before, but that you are a person with the right personal qualities. Preferably, you are a man, stable, empathetic, calm, and pedagogical.

It is important that the chemistry fits with both the user and the relatives and that you are willing to take responsibility in your work.

Good train and bus connections to the workplace from Malmö, Lund, Landskrona, and Helsingborg.
