The Adult Psychiatric Clinic in Ängelholm belongs to the area of operations (VO) Adult Psychiatry Helsingborg and is part of Psychiatry and Rehabilitation Skåne. Here, patients with affective disorders, anxiety disorders, and various forms of personality disorders and neuropsychiatric conditions are primarily assessed and treated. The clinic in Ängelholm is at the forefront of development and works with team-based care. The clinic consists of approximately 30 employees from various professional categories, including doctors, nurses, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a social worker with CBT competence to join us at the Adult Psychiatric Clinic in Ängelholm!

As a social worker with basic psychotherapeutic competence or a license as a psychotherapist, your responsibilities at the clinic will include psychosocial assessment, investigation and treatment, psychotherapeutic assessment and treatment, as well as stabilizing interventions in the form of suicide prevention and anxiety management. The interventions will take place both in groups and individually, where collaboration with relatives and our partners is a natural part.

You will work 50 percent in our digital unit, which offers various forms of psychological treatment both individually and in groups via a digital care platform. The remaining 50 percent will be spent at the clinic. Within the framework of the digital unit's mission, there is an opportunity for remote work two days a week, while the remaining part of the working time will be on-site.

The clinic's work is based on interdisciplinary teams where different competencies and experiences enrich and complement each other. Together with the other staff, you will ensure that patients receive the help, advice, treatment, and support they need to live as independently and functioning as possible based on their own conditions and needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an approved social work degree and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Language skills in Swedish at least level C1 according to the European Council's level scale are required. You also have a psychotherapeutic further education with a CBT focus equivalent to at least basic psychotherapeutic training level 1. We prefer that you have several years of experience working in the psychiatric field. Being a licensed social worker and/or licensed psychotherapist is an advantage.

You should have a strong interest in working with psychotherapeutic issues with the patient in focus. Work is done both in teams, individually, and in groups, which is why it is important that you have good collaboration skills and are used to making your own decisions. Furthermore, we would like you to have a creative and flexible working style to contribute to an open climate and the development of the organization.
