We are looking for both hourly and summer substitutes for our operations.

We are a small HVB located in Hörby. We receive girls and boys aged 13 to 17 with extensive issues.

We are seeking a treatment pedagogue who has a strong interest and aptitude for treatment work. You have the ability to drive your own work, but also to work closely with others in the team, within the framework of the organization's focus. You are a calm person with personal maturity, who can create safety and structure for the placed youth. You distinguish between the personal and the professional, are flexible, and can easily adapt to change. You have the ability to build good relationships and understand behaviors. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. We place great importance on personal suitability.

We work in a structured and goal-oriented manner based on assignments from social services. You need to be able to work towards set goals, evaluate, and follow up. You will partially have contact with social workers, families, and others in the youth's network, as well as school/employment. You have a desire to actively work with the youth to create a meaningful leisure time. We value if you are interested in outdoor activities.

The work as a treatment pedagogue also includes practical tasks such as cooking, cleaning, etc.

Education in the field: social worker, social pedagogue, psychiatric care, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent education is meritorious. It is also an advantage if you have previous experience with the target group, work in HVB, school, or social services.

You master Swedish in both spoken and written form and are skilled at documenting your work based on the goals of the assignment, preferably in Journal Digital. We expect you to have good computer skills.
