Vårdlänken is now looking for four nursing assistants and one licensed nurse to participate in a structured conversation where you can share your professional experience with incontinence products for severe incontinence.

You will engage in a dialogue with a group of product developers, focusing on usability, functionality, comfort, and how users experience the product in their daily lives. Your insights will contribute to the future development of incontinence aids.

About the assignment

We are looking for you who:

• Is a nursing assistant or licensed nurse
• Has at least 3 years of current experience working with incontinence products/pants
• Works daily with users who have severe incontinence
• Has experience with various models and brands
• Currently works in, for example:
  • Assisted living / special housing
  • Special care unit for the elderly
  • Home care
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Can easily explain and discuss what works well and what can be improved
• Is interested in user experience and user perspective

Meritorious

• That you can bring examples of incontinence products that you and users appreciate
• Interest in product development and improvement work
