Horseonline AB is looking for an engaged and passionate employee for customer service to strengthen our team. As a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the equestrian industry, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. With your help, we will continue to offer top-quality service.

About the position:

As a customer service employee, you will play a central role in providing our customers with excellent service and support. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the help and information they need for a smooth shopping experience. The position is part-time (50%) and is based at our newly built office and warehouse on Pilotvägen in Kalmar.

Your tasks include:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
  • Providing product information and guidance regarding our range.
  • Professionally and efficiently managing questions regarding orders, returns, and complaints.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an engaged team player who enjoys working both independently and in a team.
  • Has a service-oriented and professional approach, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and solution-oriented.
  • Has good computer skills and experience working with digital tools and systems.
  • Has a background or knowledge in equestrian sports and the products we offer.
  • German or French as a second language is highly meritorious.
