We are looking for an Operational Buyer for our Maintenance Department

As an operational buyer, you will belong to our maintenance department and handle the daily purchasing process, such as placing orders, following up on deliveries, coding invoices, and ensuring that the right materials arrive on time to keep operations running efficiently. You will be responsible for inventory management of the spare parts stock, including storage and inventory, which takes place in our maintenance system.

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have

• At least three years of experience in operational purchasing within the manufacturing industry
• Good technical understanding
• Logical and analytical working methods
• Ability to set requirements and follow up
• Meritorious: Annual contract negotiations regarding prices and terms

We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a person, you are structured, organized, and quality-conscious. You are self-driven and confident in managing your own workflows with good collaboration skills and a positive attitude. You are a good communicator who can express yourself easily in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

The position is permanent with placement according to agreement. Selection is ongoing.
