Qtf Sweden AB is a market leader in exhaust and purification of system fluids in heating and cooling systems.
With our own developed, patented technology, we help our customers reduce energy consumption, improve operational reliability, and reduce environmental impact. We are now looking for a dedicated salesperson who wants to help further develop our business.
About the role
As a salesperson at Qtf, you will work with the sale of our services and solutions to property owners, industrial customers, and other stakeholders in heating and cooling systems. You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and customer meetings to quotes and deals.
The role is both technically and commercially developing and suits you who enjoys advisory sales and long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Sales of Qtf's services
- Develop new and existing customers
- Participate in customer visits, presentations, and follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with technicians and other colleagues
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology, energy, HVAC, or real estate
- Is business-driven, self-sufficient, and relationship-building
- Has the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions in an educational way
- Thrives with freedom under responsibility
- Has a valid driver's license (B)
- Experience or interest in marketing, channels, and communication is a plus.
A technical background is an advantage but not a requirement – we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Location: The position is based in Kalmar.
Scope: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period
