Do you enjoy customer contact and administration? We are now looking for a person for customer service and inside sales – a varied role with a lot of responsibility.

We are currently seeking a part-time customer service representative (50-75%) for a client company in the Västervik area. The position is focused on customer service and inside sales and involves close collaboration with both customers and internal functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will work with customer contact via phone and email, order management, quotes, and other administrative tasks related to sales and customer support. You will play an important role in ensuring good service and a smooth workflow in daily operations.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Communicate clearly in Swedish and English, both in writing and verbally

Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, and experience with SAP or similar business systems is an advantage.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is a part-time consulting assignment (50-75%). You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and will start working as a consultant for our client. For the right person, there are good opportunities for direct employment with the client.
