JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Salesperson at Bitus, you play a central role in driving and developing sales in a company with strong growth and a clear forward momentum.
You are responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting and customer meetings to needs analysis, quotes, and contracts. The role is broad and varied, focusing on both new customer acquisition and the development of long-term customer relationships. You work both strategically and operationally to create business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
In this role, you collaborate closely with the marketing department, purchasing team, and sales department in an engaged team with short decision-making paths.
You will be based in the office in Nybro and work both on-site and at customer locations.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAS:
• A few years of experience in project sales, preferably in construction, technical services, or contracting
• Experience in B2B sales and the ability to drive the entire sales process independently
• A strong desire to create business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships
• The ability to work both strategically and operationally
• A structured and goal-oriented approach to work
• Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (B)
