Summer Substitute in Health Administration

About the Position

The work involves journal documentation, but some cash handling may also occur. You will be part of a team at the relevant workplace, which can be one of our health centers, a reception at the hospital, or our headquarters on Roslagsgatan in Norrtälje. We are looking for substitutes during the period of June, July, and August with an employment rate according to agreement.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Journal documentation
• Cash/reception
• Other administrative support

About You

For this position, you need to:

• Be educated or a student as a medical secretary.
• Have experience with the journal system TakeCare.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience working as a medical secretary.
• Experience in cash/reception.

As you replace regular staff, we see that you are self-sufficient and can ask for help when you need it. We expect you to have good teamwork skills as the team consists of various professions and personalities. In challenging situations, you are calm and stable and focus on the right things.

You will belong to the Health Administration, which is an administrative unit within Tiohundra. Our employees consist of medical secretaries, health administrators, and executive secretaries.
