Specialist in Sickness and Activity Compensation
Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency makes 21 million decisions that affect people's lives and society as a whole. We disburse approximately 260 billion SEK each year. Coaching, Development, and Collaboration
As a specialist, you provide advice and support to investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current processing procedures. By coaching the investigators, you contribute to ensuring they have the right skills to meet the needs of applicants and insured individuals. You actively contribute to creating a workplace learning climate and identify the overall competence needs, initiating possible development paths. Your work includes contributing to the change and development of processes, and you play an important role in implementing regulatory and process changes. The role also includes supporting unit managers with quality follow-up in processing and being a support to the local management team on issues related to your area of expertise. As a specialist in sickness and activity compensation, you are part of a team of specialists.
The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- has good expertise in sickness and activity compensation
- has a coaching approach
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- has good communication skills, both spoken and written
- is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals.
It is advantageous if you have
- in-depth knowledge of social insurance, administrative law, and public access and confidentiality
- experience in mentoring new employees.

Other
1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Possibility for remote work exists if the job allows.
