Technical Support for the Automotive Industry in Södertälje

We are currently looking for a Technical Support for a consulting assignment with our client in the automotive industry in Södertälje. The assignment is full-time with an expected immediate start. The duration of the assignment is 6-12 months with good opportunities for extension. Working hours are primarily weekdays during the day, but you should also be able to work weekdays until 6 PM according to a schedule (not every day) and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM according to a schedule (not every week).

Your Main Responsibilities

In the role of Technical Support, your main responsibilities will include:

• Technical support and application support for the company's various services and applications
• Handling qualified application inquiries from the company's customers regarding functionality and integrations
• Direct contact with the company's customers via phone and self-service portal
• Monitoring, following up, and administering customer cases via the ticketing system
• Making initial assessments of incoming customer cases, categorization, priority, etc.
• Writing knowledge articles for the customer's self-service portal and maintaining them
• Forwarding cases to 2nd and 3rd line support regarding technical issues, installations, and bugs
• Consulting with product owners/system owners/service owners
• Supporting the customer's warehouse in Nykvarn on-site as needed

Who Are You?

To be successful in this role, you have:

• Post-secondary education (IT) or equivalent experience
• Experience in application support or equivalent service work involving customer contact
• Good knowledge of MS 365
• Experience working with ticketing systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Driving license B.

Furthermore, you are responsible, service-oriented, and accustomed to handling stressful situations.
