We are looking for a senior Product Specialist for UBW for a player in the public administration sector.

The assignment is a consulting position based in Stockholm. The scope of the position is expected to vary but is approximately 50%.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role of Product Specialist in UBW means independently and at a senior level being responsible for technical management, operational support, and further development of the UBW platform. The assignment includes work with installations, configuration, troubleshooting, performance, and ensuring that the product meets applicable IT requirements, as well as support in change management and adaptation to new technical environments. The work is carried out according to the SAFe framework with planning in sprints and increments, with varying scope depending on priorities.

Responsibilities

Install new versions, updates, and hotfixes of UBW

Configure desktop and web clients, services, and web services

Install and update packages and localizations, for example for e-commerce

Troubleshoot and manage incidents related to performance as well as access and permission issues

Conduct database copies between production and other environments

Ensure that the product complies with applicable IT requirements in relevant areas

Develop and improve support chains and monitoring

Ensure stable operation and good performance

Assist in moving to new or changed technical environments

Work according to SAFe with planning and execution of tasks in sprints and increments

Adjust the scope of the effort based on priorities, in dialogue with teams and train management ahead of PI planning

Participate in work covered by security protection legislation, including security clearance if necessary

Requirements (Note, mandatory)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

At least 10 years of work experience as a product specialist and/or system administrator.

At least 8 years of work experience in managing Unit4 Business World (UBW).

At least 5 years of work experience in SQL and database management.

At least 5 years of work experience in system integration.
