The staff unit is responsible for the administration's overall strategic planning and management, as well as supporting the administration's operations in their assignments.
The staff's mission includes leading and coordinating horizontal collaboration in several areas and contributing to governance based on city-wide governing documents, e.g., guidelines for information security in the City of Stockholm. We are now looking for an information security coordinator with investigative duties for the staff unit. In the unit, you will have colleagues working in the functions of committee secretariat, archives, IT, communication, security coordination, governance coordination, and internal services. You will also work closely with the administration's various operations.

Your role
As an information security coordinator with investigative duties, you will have a varied job with engaged colleagues. In this role, you will be an important part of coordinating the administration-wide systematic information security work and contributing to securing and developing the staff unit's processes. You will belong to the staff unit and report to the head of staff.
Your tasks as an information security coordinator include, among others:
- contributing to building a good security culture and being a knowledgeable advisor on information security issues
- conducting and coordinating information security activities within the administration's area of responsibility
- monitoring changes in legislation and events in the external environment and educating managers and employees in your area
- working with processes and methods to conduct information classifications and risk analyses for information security
- representing the administration in the city's network on information security
- designing and developing relevant internal routines and governing documents
- ensuring that the administration's employees are kept updated through ongoing support and training efforts in information security, classifying information/systems
As an investigator, you will work with, among other things:
- Support to the head of staff
- Conducting investigations
- Coordinating administration-wide issues
- Supporting or leading administration-wide assignments
- Developing routines, process descriptions, assignment descriptions, and guides, etc.
Your qualifications and experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- relevant education based on the assignment and tasks, e.g., cybersecurity education, social sciences, law, or archival science. Alternatively, work experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
- very good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have:
- experience in information security work at a comprehensive level in a larger organization
- understanding of current legislation in the field of information security, such as GDPR and NIS
- experience in process and change management
- experience in writing service statements and investigations.
- experience working in a coordinating and administration-wide role within the municipality

You are used to seeking information on your own to propose solutions that contribute to good results and high goal fulfillment. You take great personal responsibility for your tasks, structure your work independently, and drive your processes forward. The role places high demands on good administrative ability and coordination.
