Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to work with first line support and enjoys helping others. You need to be comfortable handling both simple and more technical questions, and thrive in an environment where teamwork and service permeate everyday life. You are solution-oriented, can handle multiple cases simultaneously, and enjoy communicating in a clear and professional manner.

• Basic to intermediate IT knowledge

• Experience with customer contact, preferably via phone or service desk

• High school education or equivalent

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license and access to a car
  

What does the role entail?

In the role of IT support and service desk, you will be an important part of a team of eight people. Together, you will be responsible for handling incoming cases via phone and email, supporting resellers and users with various questions, and contributing to smooth processes in everyday life.

The team is diverse and values humility, care, and service. You will receive a secure introduction and time to get into the role, while also having the opportunity to develop both technically and in your way of communicating with customers and colleagues.

The position is a fixed-term employment with good chances for extension.
