About the role

As a balcony installer, you will be responsible, together with your team, for ensuring that our balcony installations are carried out according to drawings, instructions, and applicable regulations. Safety, quality, and structure are a natural part of your work.

You will work closely with our project managers and drive the projects together from start to finish. In addition to installation, the role also includes:

• service and complaint measures

• guarantee inspections

• work related to concrete sawing in connection with installations

Placement and travel

Most of our projects are carried out in and around Sundsvall, which means that much of the work takes place locally. At times, we also have projects further north, up to Kiruna, which may involve work in other locations and overnight stays during the week. Travel and accommodation are planned well in advance and always in dialogue with the team.

Who are you?

You like order and structure, take responsibility, and collaborate well with others. Your positive attitude contributes to a good atmosphere in the team, and you are not afraid to tackle what needs to be done.

We prefer that you have:

• experience in construction, sheet metal, or assembly work

• experience or knowledge in concrete sawing

• Category B driver's license (requirement)

• machine certificates, such as:

  • lift

  • telehandler

  • overhead crane

  • hot work

You have a high sense of service and enjoy customer contact, as the work often takes place in and around residential environments.
