About the Technician Role

As a technician with Manpower, working on-site at our client's industrial facility in Örnsköldsvik, you will be responsible for the detailed and final assembly of advanced vehicles and subsystems. The role involves mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical tasks, as well as documentation and reporting in digital systems. You will become part of a team where structure, safety, and quality are crucial to operations.

Work is carried out according to drawings and technical instructions, involving both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues. Depending on your qualifications, troubleshooting, repair, and service tasks may also be included.

Examples of tasks:

• Detailed and final assembly of components and subsystems
• Work according to drawings and technical instructions
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly
• Documentation and reporting of completed work in digital systems
• Participation in improvement and quality work
• Troubleshooting, repair, and service

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and responsible. You thrive in a technical environment with clear processes and high demands for safety and quality. As a person, you are cooperative, communicative, and contribute to a good team spirit. You are also not afraid to speak up if something does not meet the set requirements.

Requirements:

• Overhead crane license (Traverskort)
• Ability to read and understand drawings and technical instructions
• Good ability to plan and drive your own work
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Experience documenting work in text and image
• Good IT proficiency
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English

Merits:

• Experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly
• Experience working with advanced technical products
• Experience in integration work (e.g., optics, electronics, or systems)
• Experience with SAP, MoA, ARAS, or similar systems
• Experience in troubleshooting and service work
