As a timber assembler at Lättelement, you will become part of the production team in Örnsköldsvik. Here, various types of building elements are constructed in the production lines – primarily roof elements. Each production line works as its own team, where you together produce the elements from start to finished product.

Your Profile

As a person, you are handy, self-reliant, and responsible. We see that you are an active person who enjoys physical work, as some tasks require it. You preferably have good technical understanding, and experience in reading drawings is a merit.

You thrive in a group, have good teamwork skills, and enjoy working with others in a team. Practical experience in construction is an advantage but not a requirement for the position. Your personality will weigh the most. Lättelement will provide new colleagues with internal training and an introduction to the job.

A requirement for applying for the job is that you communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

To be considered for the job, you must not have asthma or allergies. Lung spirometry (breathing test) and a drug test are mandatory and are performed at the occupational health service before employment.

Working Hours and Salary

Shift work, 2-shift system – Every other week morning/afternoon. All weekends off.

Fixed salary + profit sharing/annual bonus.
