We are looking for a Welding Supervisor in Örnsköldsvik.
Welcome to apply for the role of Welding Supervisor with us. We are a company with approximately 80 employees, of whom 12 are welders and the rest are CNC operators. We are growing and have a diverse customer base.
We are looking for you who have experience in quality and process responsibility and can:
- Create and manage welding procedure specifications (WPS) and procedure qualification records (WPQR/PQR).
- Inspect welding equipment and consumables.
- Handle documentation and traceability.
In addition, you should have experience in leadership and communication skills to be able to:
- Lead and instruct welders.
- Conduct and document competency and certification follow-up for staff.
- Collaborate with design, production, and customers.
- Have the ability to conduct training and provide technical feedback.
