Campus is a dynamic operation where administration, student services, examination activities, and collaboration with universities and other actors interact to create good conditions for studies. To enable continued development and ensure quality, legal security, and continuity in administrative processes, we are now looking for a qualified administrator for Campus.
The position is placed within the education and labor market administration and involves close collaboration with operational leaders, coordinators, managers, students, and external education providers. You will be a key person in Campus's daily operations, with a clear responsibility for qualified administrative processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a qualified administrator at Campus, you have an independent, responsible, and varied assignment with a strong focus on structure, coordination, and quality. The work involves taking overall responsibility for extensive administrative processes that are currently crucial for Campus's operations and continued development.
A central part of the assignment is administration related to examination activities, where you are responsible for the entire process from planning to follow-up. This includes, among other things:
- administering and developing e-services
- registering and booking examinations
- communicating with students and educational institutions before, during, and after examinations
- booking venues and exam invigilators and handling fee invoices
- ensuring that exams are ordered, received, distributed, and returned
- providing practical support to examinees and invigilators on exam days
- compiling statistics and following up on examination activities
You are also responsible for venue coordination and room bookings, including updating information screens and handling booking requests.
The assignment also includes administration related to schedules, educational platforms, and digital teaching, such as:
- ensuring permissions and logins
- collecting, structuring, and publishing schedules and links from various educational institutions
- ongoing contact with educational providers to ensure current information
- practical and technical support during digital teaching sessions and physical meetings
Furthermore, student services and eligibility administration are included, such as administration of access cards, network accounts, and basic student-related services at the reception, as well as responsibility for reference libraries, fault reports, and orders.
You continuously work to quality assure, structure, and develop administrative routines and working methods. Through your work, you contribute to freeing up time for operational leaders and coordinators to work more with student-related efforts, collaboration, and operational development.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in administration, public administration, educational administration, or another area deemed equivalent by the employer. You have several years of experience in qualified administrative work, preferably from public operations, educational activities, or another complex organization.
You have very good system skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and administrative systems. You are used to handling many parallel processes, often with fixed deadlines and high demands for accuracy and legal security.
As a person, you are structured, responsible, and self-driven. You have good analytical skills and see the whole while also having an eye for detail. You thrive in a role where you have a clear mandate and personal responsibility, but also in close collaboration with colleagues, students, and external actors.
You have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written language and can adapt your communication to different target groups. Since the work involves many contacts, it is important that you are service-oriented, solution-focused, and professional in your approach.
It is an advantage if you have experience working within Campus or learning center operations, examination administration, collaboration with universities and colleges, and systematic quality work or follow-up.
