Invite has over 35 years of experience as a supplier of work and leisure clothing.

Invite is located in Trosa, about 70 kilometers south of Stockholm.

We are looking for someone with an exceptional sense of service who always puts the customer first. You should be quick and have a strong sense of order. You should be computer literate and confident in using the computer as your working tool. You thrive and perform in a sometimes high-paced work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administration, customer contact, order reception, order control, ordering from suppliers, etc.

• Packing orders and other warehouse tasks.

Profile

• We are looking for someone who is proactive, motivated, meticulous, and can make independent decisions.

• Good knowledge of e-commerce systems, primarily Shopify.

• Experience in dropshipping sales.

• Experience working with Fortnox.

• You have a sense of order and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• You are fluent in Swedish.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous sales experience.

• Experience working with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Klaviyo).

• Experience actively working with digital marketing via e.g. Google & Meta.
