Staffing Administrator Wanted at Mo Gård

We are looking for a Staffing Administrator with expertise in staffing and work schedule planning.

Your Responsibilities

The regional operational support strives to be flexible and a good partner to our units. Together with unit managers and other functions, you will work to ensure sustainable and effective staffing as well as good work schedule planning.

We collaborate with various professional groups within Mo Gård and always strive to deliver high quality. If you are logical and solution-focused and find it rewarding to work with staffing and work schedule planning, you will fit perfectly into our team.

The position is part of regional operational support, and you will be located in Nyköping where you will closely collaborate with HR partners and unit managers as well as with regional operational support in Finspång. You will naturally be part of a group of other staffing administrators across Mo Gård.

In this role, you will serve as both administrative and operational support to the organization and contribute to creating structure, quality, and efficiency in staffing work related to work schedule planning, short- and long-term absence, and coordination of shifts for employees in the staffing pools. As we are in a development phase with increased use of auto-scheduling, we hope you are interested and proactive in this work. You will become part of an engaged and positive team consisting of staffing administrators, HR partners, unit managers, and regional managers, where collaboration and development are the focus.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with experience and expertise in work schedule planning and staffing. It is advantageous if you have previously worked as an administrator or case officer in scheduling and time reporting systems. You have good knowledge of the Working Hours Act and how to create healthy and sustainable working hours. The role suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have many tasks to juggle, and enjoy working solution-oriented.

You are a logical and results-oriented person who can handle time pressure, demonstrates good analytical skills, and quickly finds solutions even with new information or new working methods. You are outgoing, relationship-building, and it comes naturally to you to collaborate. You see yourself as a structured person who easily adapts to changing conditions.

You have a post-secondary education in administration or another education that the employer deems relevant. We work in the HR system HR Plus as well as in the work schedule planning and staffing system Medvind. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with auto-scheduling and other work schedule planning systems or similar systems. Since the job involves many contacts via phone, email, and SMS, good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for this recruitment.

About the Employment

The job may involve travel, and a B driver's license is required. We offer a permanent full-time position with an initial six-month probationary period. You will receive a fixed monthly salary, and we have individual salary setting. A prerequisite for employment is that you can provide a criminal record extract. In this recruitment, candidates will undergo psychological tests.
