We are looking for a driven employee who wants to take a leading role in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and work with groundbreaking systems technology, from submarines to aircraft. The Role

As an ILS specialist, you will be a central part of our projects in defense, industry, and infrastructure. You will:

  • Ensure that operations and maintenance are considered already in the development phase by integrating maintenance strategies early in the design process.
  • Lead or support projects focusing on ILS planning, LSA, and reliability analyses using methods such as FMECA and LSA to ensure sustainable and effective systems and products.
  • Work closely with customers to create effective, sustainable solutions and build strong relationships, translating customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Contribute your expertise through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive innovation and improvement by continuously identifying opportunities for enhancement within ILS processes and tools and keeping updated with the latest trends and technologies.

Your role is crucial to ensuring that our projects deliver according to high standards of safety and efficiency while building long-term customer relationships and leading projects that make a difference.

We are looking for someone who

You are an experienced specialist with a strong background in technically complex projects. You thrive in structured work and have the ability to adapt when the situation requires it. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ILS, IPS, or similar strategies such as RAMS or Life Cycle Management.
  • A deep understanding of the defense, automotive, or aerospace industries and their unique challenges.
  • A proven ability to build trust and lead teams through collaboration and innovation.
  • Excellent skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience leading projects in ILS planning.
  • Expertise in maintenance preparation, LORA, and FMEA/FMECA.
  • Familiarity with international standards such as the ASD suite and MIL-STD-1388.
  • Proficiency in using support tools like Opus and WQS.

Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance with background check.
