We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager for an operation within the defense industry. In this role, you will be a central part of the property organization, responsible for driving and developing both hard and soft facility management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure an efficient, safe, and well-functioning work environment in a technically advanced context.

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of premises, including technical and service-oriented aspects of property management
• Develop and ensure an attractive, safe, and functional work environment that supports the needs of the operation
• Lead and coordinate projects in construction, renovation, and space development from planning to completion
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal clients to ensure quality and efficient deliveries
• Contribute to the strategic development of premises and working methods within facility management

• At least 6-7 years of experience in property management, construction, contracting, or technical operations
• Documented experience in managing projects from start to finish
• Good knowledge of workplace and construction legislation as well as industry regulations (AFF, AB, and ABT)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)

• University degree in property, construction, electrical, or HVAC (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in work leadership and project management within property operations
• Experience working in technically advanced and security-classified environments
• Ability to combine technical understanding with business acumen and structure
