About the Position

Responsibilities

Here you will drive customer projects from order to production handover. The role is broad and varied with different sizes of projects. The work mainly consists of leading, planning, and coordinating new and existing projects together with technical project managers and competent employees from various departments, such as Engineering and Production. This means that you will also design and construct tooling solutions, auxiliary equipment, and elastomer components in CAD (Catia and MoldFlow) and be responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to timelines and budgets while maintaining an overview to achieve the best customer solution.

We are looking for you

In this position, your personality plays a significant role, and we are looking for a solution-oriented, proactive, and self-driven person who enjoys driving projects, is curious, participates in the entire process, and appreciates challenges. It is essential that you have a strong interest in technology and a desire to learn and develop together with others.

You should have at least a technical degree at the university level in production or mechanical engineering, preferably with a focus on project management as you will handle multiple projects simultaneously. To succeed in the role, you have previous experience with MS Office, Catia, MouldFlow, and it is advantageous if you have previously worked with the APQP process. Requirements also include good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, a B driver's license, and the ability to occasionally travel for work in Sweden and abroad.
