ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for several assistants for our client in Örebro. We are looking for you who want to work about 5 nights per month and for those who want to work as substitutes when needed.

The working hours are scheduled as follows with waiting time during the night:

• Sunday–Thursday: 17:27–08:15

• Friday–Saturday: 16:57–09:00

• Saturday–Sunday: 18:12–09:00

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a social and lively man in his 55s who lives with the consequences of a brain hemorrhage. He has reduced motor skills, balance, vision, and some impact on speech and hearing, but can communicate and make himself understood. He uses an electric wheelchair and needs help with all care and transfers. A hoist is available for transfers. To maintain his strength, he regularly trains standing with a standing frame.

He has a great interest in interior design, art, music, clothes, and accessories, and appreciates a well-organized and clean environment. His interest in sports is also evident, especially hockey and football. The client is social and has an active network - friends often visit him at home.

Daily life is characterized by fixed routines with medications, personal care such as showering, shaving, and oral care, as well as help with household chores like cooking, cleaning, and laundry. He gets cold easily and prefers to stay indoors on cold days, while he enjoys being outside and participating in various activities when the weather is warm. The client values structure, security, and respectful treatment in his daily life.ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be organized, attentive, proactive, and engaged. You should also be social and confident in yourself, and be able to build a natural relationship where the client is treated as an equal and independent adult. You need to have good physical fitness and stamina to assist with transfers and care. Personal suitability is of great importance. The client requests only female assistants.REQUIREMENTS

• Previous care experience

• Non-smoker

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

PREFERABLE

• Care education

Number of positions: 2 permanent night positions & 1 substitute position

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
