Job Description for Personal Assistant

We are looking for a part-time substitute who wants to work as a personal assistant for one of our clients in Trelleborg. The client is a 59-year-old man who lives alone in a townhouse with his cat. He has suffered a spinal cord injury and is wheelchair-bound but has no cognitive impairments. His interests include doing puzzles, spending time in his garden, watching all kinds of sports on TV, and he also has a great interest in cars.

The job involves assisting with personal hygiene, household chores, and other tasks that help the client's daily life function. As an assistant, you will take walks with the client every day as he rides in his power wheelchair and assist him with tasks such as grocery shopping and medical visits.

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Experience in care/support is required

• No pet allergies as the client has a cat

• Good physical condition is required to manage transfers

Additional Information

• Employment type: Part-time/On-demand employment

• Scope: As needed

• Working hours: 08:00 - 15:00, 15:00 - 21:30

• Start date: Training begins immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
