The Social Administration conducts a wide range of activities within elderly care, disability services, health and medical care, as well as individual and family care. We currently have about 250 employees.
If you want to work within our administration, you will be in an organization where we put people's need for support at the center. A good approach and a professional attitude towards our clients are guiding principles for quality in our work. We operate from a perspective where we focus on utilizing the resources and abilities of each individual. The individual and family care consists of 23 employees working with children, adults, and outpatient care. We have close leadership with three operational team leaders and one IFO manager.
Job Description
We are looking for a temporary social worker focused on children and youth, as one of our employees is going on parental leave.
The children’s group works with reception, investigation, follow-up of outpatient interventions, follow-up of placements, family law, and foster homes. This position primarily focuses on preliminary assessments, investigations according to SoL and LVU, as well as follow-up of outpatient interventions.
Our team leader for the children’s group is operational and active in daily work. We value close collaboration within the group and with other workgroups within individual and family care.
We work from a holistic perspective and are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working with children and youth. You approach others with engagement, empathy, and respect, and you have a clear child perspective. As a person, you are independent, structured, and decisive, with a good ability to prioritize, adapt to changes, and collaborate with others. We have short decision-making paths, clear cooperation with other operations and administrations, and a culture characterized by openness and helpfulness. Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker and has a B driver's license. Experience in authority work within the child and family area and work based on BBIC (Children's Needs in Focus) is meritorious. You express yourself well in speech and writing. We work in the operational system Lifecare.
Other
We are actively working on the transition to the new Social Services Act. A criminal record extract and a degree in social work must be presented upon employment.
