ERP Administrator / Business Support at Momentum Industrial.

Your role

We are now looking for an experienced ERP Administrator for our Business Support. The role is primarily focused on our business system DC1 and our integration platform.

In the role within Business Support, you will work with:

• Providing support to users on various issues and handling cases
• Ongoing administration in our business system such as bulk updates, imports, etc.
• Participating in development and improvement projects

You will serve as an important contact point for the business in system-related matters and for dialogue regarding technical solutions, both internally and with suppliers. The role entails freedom with responsibility and requires a structured, meticulous, and service-oriented approach. We are a decentralized organization with about 30 district offices in Sweden and Norway, and communication primarily takes place through digital channels and over the phone.

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in technical administration of ERP/business systems or a similar role
• Experience in database management
• Has a good ability to express themselves in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and feels comfortable communicating with English-speaking suppliers
• Has worked in or close to larger organizations and understands the importance of structure, processes, and clear communication channels
• Has a strong service mindset and thrives in a supportive and business-oriented role
• Is meticulous, thoughtful, and quality-conscious, while also being proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Is interested in IT and has a basic understanding of economics

It is an advantage if you have experience with RPG-programmed systems or business systems such as DC1, IFS, or SAP. Good knowledge of Excel and Java programming is also seen as a merit. We value diversity and welcome you to complement our team with your skills and personality.

We place greater emphasis on your experience as a business system administrator with a technical interest than on being a pure IT specialist.
