Engaged and Service-Oriented Administrator for Customer Service

Uddevalla Energi is now looking for an engaged and service-oriented administrator for customer service for a consulting assignment with immediate start, lasting until the end of March. You will be an important addition to an established and cohesive team.

About the Position

You will be part of the customer service team consisting of seven people and work with customer contact primarily via phone. The role is varied and requires you to enjoy handling many calls and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours are 08:00–17:00, with the highest volume of incoming calls at the beginning of the week.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone.
• Advising and providing service regarding contracts, prices, and products.
• Sales and upselling.
• Administrative tasks related to customer cases.
• Working in multiple systems simultaneously.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, and communicative, and who enjoys working with the phone as the primary tool. You have the ability to provide professional and efficient service and adapt the conversation to the customer's needs.

We see that you have:

• Experience in a similar role within customer service or administration.
• Very good experience working with the phone as a work tool.
• Good system skills and IT knowledge.
• The ability to quickly grasp new tasks and systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage.

We consider it an advantage if you have experience from the energy sector or related technical/industry-specific operations.
