Administrator – Temporary position with possibility of extension

InnZ Medical, Ljungskile

Due to parental leave, we are now looking for a structured and engaged colleague for a temporary position with the possibility of extension. The role is broad and combines administrative tasks with logistics and warehouse management, suitable for those who enjoy varied workdays and an independent working style.

About the workplace

InnZ Medical operates in the medical technology sector and has its office and warehouse in Ljungskile. We work in a small, close-knit team with close collaboration and short decision-making paths. The role also involves daily contact with our colleagues in neighboring countries, giving the work an international flavor.

About the position

In this role, you will work closely with other colleagues and be an important part of the daily operations. The position includes administrative tasks combined with logistics and warehouse management.

The work involves packing, registering, and booking orders for both internal and external deliveries, as well as coordinating flows in close collaboration with local colleagues and within our Nordic organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Ongoing administrative tasks
  • Order management
  • Daily contact with colleagues in neighboring countries
  • Contact with suppliers and carriers
  • Planning and follow-up of deliveries
  • Warehouse administration, inventory, and simpler warehouse work
  • Documentation and updating of systems and registers
  • Other administrative support to the operations

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in administrative work
  • Has a good understanding of logistics and/or warehouse processes (meritorious)
  • Is structured, meticulous, and responsible
  • Enjoys working independently as well as in a team
  • Has good computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Has a very good ability to express themselves correctly and professionally in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
