We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative!
Do you have sales experience and feel confident in advisory dialogues? Do you enjoy taking responsibility for your own work while having the opportunity to make a real contribution? Then this could be the role for you. We are now expanding our team and looking for another colleague to join us on our growth journey.
About the role
As an Inside Sales Representative at Factoringgruppen, you will work with prospecting and qualifying business opportunities, focusing on maintaining high-quality dialogues and creating long-term business relationships. A central part of the role is to contact decision-makers via phone and digital channels to understand their needs and schedule relevant meetings.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify companies within our prioritized target groups.
- Contact and conduct structured dialogues with decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with a clear business focus.
- Continuously work with follow-up and lead nurturing.
Your background and profile
We are looking for someone with sales experience, preferably in B2B. It is particularly advantageous if you have previously worked with Hubspot (or similar CRM systems) and feel comfortable with prospecting tools.
Our sales are based on a combination of personal contact and data-driven approaches. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is accustomed to working in CRM systems, appreciates clear processes, and values human interaction. You enjoy working independently, are comfortable in conversations with decision-makers, and are keen to represent the company in the best possible way. With your positive attitude and willingness to contribute, you will become an important part of our sales organization and our continued growth journey.
